The Ministry Is hopeful that Russia will yield. The Lancashire strike has ended, the employees being everywhere firm. April 25. The Russian commanders having announced to the officers and men that they will attend the Greek Church in Stamboul on Sunday next, tumultß are feared. Prince Bismarck is ill. The Erie Railway has been bought by trustees for six million dollars.
