The Reserves are mustering largely. An attempt has been made to shoot Prince Thuro, equerry to the Crown J Prince of Austria. The would-be assassins were arrested. The Stamboul correspondent of the London Daily News reports a plot of the partisans of Midhat Pasha lo overthrow the Sultan who is preparing to proceed to Brousha, fearing a Russiau surprise.
