A special meeting of the Borough Council is to be held at 2 p.m., on Monday next, in the Town H<ll, to hear and determine all claims and objections to the Burgess List. Their large and well-assorted stock being now opened and full replenished for the Easter holidays, an early call is solicited to the Berlin House, Seddon street, Kumara.— [Advt.] Burns says, with gloomy grandeur, Ihere is a foggy atmosphere-native to my soul in the hour of care, which makes the dreary objects seem larger than life."
