TO PRESS AGENCY.. Melbourne, March 18. Heavy floods have occurred in the Yarra-Yarra and great damage has been done in Melbourne. The water supply was cut ofE in consequence of the flood. The damage to the Plenty bridge aqueduct from the Yan Yeah will be repaired within a week.
