An anti-Russian meeting has been held at Hyde Park. The Hon. Mr Gladstone retires from Greenwich at the next election. A change of Ministry has taken place at Quebec. Mr Joily is Premier. A steamer was burnt off Cape Eli ; 500 Circassians perished. The Brindisi mails have arrived.
THE VICTORIAN CRISIS. Melbourne, March 14. The Government decline to entertain any proposition from the Legislative Council until the payment of members Bill is passed.
