LATEST FROM EUROPE. 170 PEACE CONCLUDED. ENGLAND AND AUSTRIA PREPARING FOR WAR. London, February 27. The treaty -of peace is not yet signed. Mr Gathorne Hardy, in replying to •a question, said that the First British Army Corps was ready for active service, while the formation of a second was being hastened. The Austro-Hungarian Government intend to ask the Legislature for a vote of £6,000,000 for war purposes.
