TO PHESS AGENCY. London, January 11. Despatches from Asia state the Russians have cut off the Turkish communications between Erzeroum and Trebizond. Sulieman Pasha has been recalled to Stamboul. The Turks defeated the Montenegrins at Dhuzza. The Porte has notified to the Grand Duke Nicholas its desire for an armistice. The Duke replied he would refer the question to St Petersburg. The French Ministry have superseded several generals. This action is believed to have reference to an - intended coup d'etat ; Melbourne, January 12.
