WARDEN'S COURT.
Isdale v. Moloney.—Mr Perkins appeared for plaintiff. This was a complaint that defendant was encroaching on the public road at Dillman's by erecting a tent thereon. The plaintiff begged for an order to compel defendant to remove the tent. His Worship gave the order required. Defendant to pay costs, and professional costs. Smith v. O'Loughlin.—Mr Byrne appeared for plaintiff. This was a claim for balance of purchase money on account of a share in a claim at Patrick's Terrace, £23 303. The defendant admitted the debt, but objected to the form of the account. Verdict for plaintiff, with coata of Court and professional cofts.
