In consequence of their defeat, Ministers have asked the Souse to pass an Appropriation Bill with a view to a dissolution. Nothing is decided. August 9. _ The Treasurer in the Assembly, last night, intended to move the House into Committee, to consider the propriety of adopting a modification of the Pacific Mail Service, but the decision was intercepted by Mr Robertson’s motion for adjournment, having reference to the position of Government who will either resign this morning, or dissolve immediately. Singapore, August 8. The Russians have evacuated all their positions south of the Balkans except Heika Pass. The Turks have re-occupied Kesanlik.
