At Cambridge sale on Friday 23rd we 'yarded 300 head of cattle. There was a good attendance and a good enquiry existed for all classes. Twenty-four prime fat steers made£B 6s to £9 ; fat heifers, £6 Ils; 2fryear steers, £4 10s to £1 15s; 18-months to 2-year s eers, £3 to £3 lbs ; good yearling stceis, 35s to £2 3s ; yearling heifers, 30s to 35--; calves, 275; poor calves, 16s; springing ’ owe, £5 to £7 12s Gd ; more backward sorts, £2 5s to £4 os ; heifers at profit, £o 9s Gd to £7 others, £3 to £l 15a; empty heifers, £3 ; abern cull hoggets, 1 0s.
