THAT BLACKBERRY PATCH.

(to the editor.) Sir,— l am glad to notice that the pitch of blackberry which I wrote you about the last time I was in Kawbia, has been cleared. How much better it would have been had the weed been cut down before the publishing of my last letter. The corner near the post office has not yet been attended to. Surely something could be done to improve this spot, which is not only an lyesore, but also a menance to the health of the community.—Yours, etc., OCCASIONAL VISITOR.
