FAIRNESS TO ALL.
[Advehtisement.J (to the editor). gm,—l am very pleased to note that Mr K. Bayne is able to pay for his reply by advertisement; perhaps there is slil! a chance for a shilling or two towards the Awaroa Coal Co. expenses. As for advice, I dont think I will go Io him, or any other members of the syndicate, when I require same, but as the local paper is not the proper place to thrash out arguments, I will let the matter stand until a fit and proper time; iperhaps then we mill see who belongs to the syndicatb. As for clause three, and being voted out, 1 for one will be very pleased and also make them a present of £5O I have already put in.—Yours, etc., F. A. PEARSON.
