FAIRNESS TO ALL.
[Advestisbment.] (to the editor.) Sib, —I feel in duty bound to advise Mr F. A. Pearson of the absurd mistake he is making in reference to judgment entered against him at the* last S.M. Court at Kawhia, i.e., Mr Jonathan v. himself. This account was contracted by himself and Mr A. M. Symons. The other parties referred to have nothing to do with the account in question and if Mr Pearson remembered the contents of an aereement dated the .first day of May he would be aware of the fact. I would a!'? advise ?dr F. A. Pearson and Mr
A. M. Symong that unless tho legal ex peases iu connection with the said coal syndicate owing to Mr W. R. Franklit?, of Te Kuiti, are not by or betore tho 20:b day of June, 1907, they will be Voted cu? ot the syndicate, under clause tbr< ■?- <.f the saicU agreement.— Y ours, e , K. BAYNE.
