(to thb kditor.) Sir, —I notice in last Kswhia Court news judgment against me for £lO odd. I wish to state, in fairness to all concerned, that this account is owing to Mr Jonathan by the Aware a Coal Company, I being only one of five, viz , Mr and Mrs K. Bayne, Mr A. M.Symons, Mr E. B’alwasser and myself. Further I wish to state that I am, and have always been, prepared .0 pay ray share of account, but I am n >t, and do not intend to, pay the debts owing by the company.
