County Notices* SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL RATE. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given ■*- that the following Special Order, making a Special Rate to meet the in terest and other charges on a Loan of One Thousand Pounds w is duly passed at a Special Meeting of the Council on the 21st January, 1907, viz : That n pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “ The Loans to Bocal Bodies Act, 1901,’ r the Kawbia County Council hereby resolves as follows: Tbat for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of One Thousand Pounds (£1000) (this is potion of a Loan of £12,000 for two consecutive years expenditure) authorised to be raised by the Kawbia County Council, under the above named Act, for the purpose of providing for the Widening and Metalling of the VVaitetuua Aotea Road, the said Loan to be for a period of 41 years, and tbat the interest to bo paid is at the rate f 4 per omtum per annum, the said Kawhia County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rite of 2}d in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Waitetuna-Aotea Special Rating District, comprising :—Sections 1,2, 8,4, 5, 6 and 7, block X, sections 1,2 and 4, block XI, Waifetuna-Aolea : and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, and shall be payable on tho Ist day of July in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being a period o£ 41 years, or until such Loan is fully paid off. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given thu.t the following Special Order making a Special Rate to meet the interest and other charges on a Loan of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds was duly passed at a Special Meeting of the Council on the 21st January, 1907, viz. : That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by •• The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Kawhia County Council hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£1750) (thia is portion of a Loan of £12,000 for two successive years expenditure) authorised to bei raised by the Kawhia County Councill, under the above named Act, for the purpose of providing for the Widening and Metal* ling of the Pirongia West Road, the said Loan to be for a period of 41 years, and tbat the interest to be paid is at the rate of 4 per centum per annum, the said Kawhia County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1 11 16d in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Pirongia West Special Bating District, comprising :—Sections 1,2 and 8, block I, Pirongia West ; sections 1 and 2, block IV, Kawbia North ; section 1, block VIII; sections 1,2, 8,4, Pirongia West ; and half rates on sections 2 and 3, block VIII; and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, and shall be payable on the Ist day of July in each and every year during the currency of such Loan, being a period of 41 years, or until such time as the Loan is fully paid off.
