A RECENT COURT CASE.
(to the editor.) Sir, —Will you kindly insert in your paper the following letter : —I write in reference to a case which came up at the last S.M. Court in Kawhia. Those few people who have made themselves busy in interfering in my busiues?, I wish them to know that if I hear any more scandal or any interference I shall take legal proceedings against them. I also wish to remind certain parties who went to the police and laid information and afterwards went t? church, that instead of interfering with my family if they were to help the sick and poor in our midst it would be m ire to their credit than' helping to break up a home, as they have done with mine. They are not the only people in Kawhia who interfere as there are one or two more. I wish to thank those people who have been kind to me in my trouble. — Yours, etc , E. HEALY.
