A. R. LANGLEY, The sale of tbo (sections in the township of Lomond (formerly known aa Lemon Point) will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September Ist, 1906. To purchase sections here should not only prove a good spec, but also an evcellent investment. Mr Wright baa decided to give yery liberal terms, which will be notified at the sale. The proprietor aeaerte that steamers can trade to Lomond and to demonstrate this fact, had over 209 sheep landed there recently. The terms are very easy, being one-third down, the balance to remain fur three years at 6 per cent

On the morning of Saturday, Sep tember Ist, a sale will be held at Kawhia, when besides a lot of sundries, a handsome racing yacht will be put up for sale. The whole of the furniture and effects, farming implements, took, utensils, etc., belonging to Mra Yelia will be sold at the bouse, Oparau, on Friday, August 31st, absolutely without reserve, owing to the owner leaving the coleny. A full list of the articles to be offered is published elsewhere. Mr Newton’s launch will leave the Kawhia wharf at 8 a.m. on the morning of tho sale, aud will be met by conveyances at the landing.

NEWTON & ARMSTRONG. The members of this new firm have decided to venture into auctioneering, Mr Armstrong having applied for a license. Their first sale will be of cattle and horses at Oparau during tho coming month, for which 20 head have been entered so far.
