Try it County Notices. KAWHIA COUNTY. “THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT, 1901,” AND THE AMENDMENTS THEREOF. Proposed Loan for the Widening and Metalling the Okupata Road. THE KAWHIA COUNCIL propose to raise a Loan of £l5OO for the term of 41 years at 4 per cent, per annum for the Okupata Road. It is proposed to strike a Bate of 1 1116 d in the £ on the unimproved value of tbe following lands abutting on the said road:—Sections 5, 6, 6a, 7, 11,12, 18, Block V., Pirongia West; Sections 4,6, 7, Block VIII., Kawhia North; Section 2c, No. Bb, and all Native Land abutting on said road ; and half rates on Sections 2 and 8, Block VIII, Kawhia North, and Sections 8 and 9, Block V., Pirongia West. The proposed security for the repayment ie to be the thirds accruing and the special rate of 1 11-16 d in the £.
