NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of ■' The' Public Works Act, 1905,” to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road through part of Section 5, Block IX , Pirongia Survey District, and for the purposes such of public work the land described in the Scnedule hereto is required to bo taken. And notice is further given that the plan of the said road and of the land so required to be taken, is deposited in tbe Post Office at Kawhia, and is there open for inspec tion. And notice is hereby given that all persons affected by tbe execution of such public work or the taking of such land shall, if they have any wellgri unded objections to tbe execution of tbe said public work or to the taking of such land set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from tbe first publication of this notice to the Minister for Public Works, Wellington.
