County Noticefl. KAWHIA COUNTY. “THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACTS, 1901,” AND THE AMENDMENTS THEREOF. Proposed Loan for tho Widening and Metaling of the Okupata Road. THE Kawhia County Council propose to RAISE A LOAN of £1750 for the term of 44 years at 4 per cent, per annum, for the Okupata Road. It is proposed to Strike a Rate of l|d in the £ on the unimproved value of the following lands abutting on tie said r< ad :—Sections 5,6, 6a, 7, 8. 9, 11, 12, 13, Block V, Pirongiu Wes’, eeodons 4,6, 7, block VIII, Kawhia North, aud half rates on sections 2 aud 8, block VIII, Kawhia North, and on T. Anderson’s native lease and all native land adj lining the r ad. The proposed security foe the repayment is to be the thirds accruing and the special rate of 1 7 8d in the £, The cost of raising loan to be paid out of the thirds in hand, any deficiency to be made up out of special rate. THE Kawhia County Council propose to RAISE A LOAN of £5OOO for a term of 44 years at 4 per cent per annum, for widening and metalling the Maboenui Kawhia Road, from Lemon Point to the Marakopa River. It is proposed to strike a rate of B|J in the £ on the unimproved value over the following lands as security for interest and sinking fund on the proposed loan : —AU those sections abutting the said Mahoenui-Kawhia Rond from Lemon Point to where the Mahoenwi-Kawbia Road crosses the Marakopa River, and a rate of 1 13-163 in the £ on sections 21, 22, 28, block I, section la, block 111, sections la, 2, 11, 12, block V, sections 4,3, block VI, sections 2,3, block IX, section 3, block X. The proposed security for the repayment of such loan to be the thirds ac cruing, and the special rate of B|d in the £, The cost of raising loan to be paid out of thirds in hand, any deficiency io be made up out of special rate.
