Proposed Loan for the Widening and Metalling of the Waitetuna-Aotea Rd rpHE Kawhia County’ Council proX pose to RAISE A LOAN of £lOOO for the term of 44 years at 4 per cent, per annum, for the Waite-tuna-Aotea Road, from junction of roods section 1, block X, to section 2, block XI. It is proposed to strike a rate of 2|d in the £ on the unimproved value of the following lands abutting on the said road : Sections 1,2, 3,4, 5,6, and 7, block X, sections 1,2 and 4, bl ok XI, Waitetuna-Aotea. The proposed security for the repayment of such loan to be the thirds accruing. and the special rate of 2|d in the £. o KAWHIA COUNTY. “THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACTS, 1901,” AND THE AMENDMENTS THEREOF. Proposed Loan of £2500 for Widening, Metalling and Forming of Roads in the Te Awaroa Riding. THE Kawhia County Council propose to RAISE A LOAN of £2500 for the term of 41 years at 4 per cent, per annum, for tbe undermentioned works :—£2350 for widening and metalling the Awaroa-Mahoe Road from Gray’s landing up as far as the Te Toi road. £lOO for forming the Kaimunga road from its junction with the Awaroa-Mahoe road towards section 6, block XIII. £5O for forming the Te Toi road from its junction with the Awaroa.Mahoe road towards section 4a, block VII. It is proposed to strike a rate of 2 1 lOd in the £ on the unimproved value over the following lands as security for interest and sinking fund on the said loans:—All those sections abutting on to tbe Awaroa - Mahoe road, from Gray’s landing np to seciion sb, block VIII, and section 3, block VIII (inclusive), and section 3- block XI, section 8, block VII, section 4a, block VIII. section 1, block IV, section 6, block XIII, 601 acres of Crown land in block XVI, adjoining sec’ion 6, block XIII, ami llautnru West block No. la.
