To those in attendance the performance of the children was a revelation, and loud applause was accorded the juvenile entertainers. It would be invidious to make destinations where all took their parts so well. The profi ciency of the children spoke volumes of tbe amount of patience and ene r gy displayed by those who undertook their training—the Rev. R. Mitchell and the Miases Bu eke ridge—who must have been gratified at the success of their pupils. Supper was served at about 9 p.m., when tbe gathering was brought to a close in the usual manner, and we can assure those interested that the next entertainment will be awaited with interest, nob only by ths children but also by the adults.
