Tuesday —Before Mr H. W. North croft, S.M. CIVIL cab : e. Te Rau a-Moa Dairy Company v. E. Easy : The company claimed £27 10s for calls due and breach of contract in regard to milking cows. Mr Collins appeared for the company and Mr Swarbriok for defendant.' The action was brought as a test case. ’ L*’ Swarbrick applied for an adjourn ■ ment for one mouth, and that in the ' meantime bis client be supplied with fuller particulars $ . claim. —The Magistrate granted the application.
