He pono, he pono taku e mea atu nei ki a koe, kite kahore te tangata e whanau hou. ekore ia e ahei te kite i te rangatiratanga o te Atua.— Hoani iii. 3. He tohunga ra, i haere po mai, Ki a Ihu, e ! he patapatai; Te kupu a Ihu ki taua kapo [mentally]: " Kia whanau hou ano !" " Kia whanau hou ano !" " Kia whanau hou ano ! " He pono, he pono e mea atu nei: " Kia whanau hou ano !" E tamara ma! mahara mai, e! Kei rere te ngakau, ki rau ara ke; Me whai i te kupu, i tenei ra ou : " Kia whanau hou ano !" " Kia whanau hou ano ! " &c. E tini, e mano, e koutou katoa, Me tapapa mai ki a Ihu, hei Hoa Te Ara kua pumau, mahaku, mohou : " Kia whanau hou ano !" " Kia whanau hou ano !" &c.
