SAD DROWNING ACCIDENT.
[BT TELEGRAPH.— I'BJJSS ASSOCIATION'.] Foxton, This Day.
A drowning fatality occurred at Gibbs' Matai mill last night, when C. Sanderß, a flaxmill employee, a single man about 26 years of age, was drowned. A boat, containing Mrß Roberts, got adrift, and Sanders, in walking out to secure it, got out of his depth and sank. The body was recovered this morning. Deceased had no relatives in New Zealand.
