ELECTRICAL ENGINEER APPOINTED. On Thursday evening Mio Te Kuiti Borough Council, at :i special rneetirfg held to consider the applications for the position of Borough electrical engineer, appointed Mr Ilßniy Scott, A.M.1.M.E., of Inglewood Mr Scott has had eighteen yearn' experience, having commenced his engineering with Messrs A. and T. Burt, Lid., Dunedin. Mr Scott spuit; several years in Scotland and England, and returning to Now Zealand, held various positions in Chrißtchurch, where ho was ulro in business for himself. For tho past two and a-hnlf years Mr Scott has boon electrical engineer to the Borough of Inglewood.
