COMPANIES FURTHER PROPOSAL Wellington, -Thin Day. At a conference held yesterday at Wellington between representatives of the Meat Companies, the Hoard of Agriculture and the I'rtmiiur, a resolution was passed allirming the willingness of the Meat Companies to do everything in their power to further the proposal that the wholn of the meat available for export be placed at the disposal of the Imperial Government.
