RELIEVING BRITISH PRISONERS.
AMERICAN OFFICERS' HELP. London, Wednesday. Mr H. J. Tenriant, Under-Secretary for War, informed the House of Commons to-day tjat officers of the United States Army were going to Germany to dispense relief to British prisoners.
Germany had given the necessary permission.
