RETREAT IN BUKOVINA. London, Wednesday. Mr Martin Donohoe, the London Daily Chronicle's war correspondent, who is now in Czernowitz, reports that the Russians are strongly pressed by superior forces and are retreating in Bukovina, the eaßtern province of Austria. He thinks it probable that the Czar'a forces Will endeavour to hold Czernowitz, capital o£ the province.
