TE KUITI POLICE COURT.
Window Break ing.-~ John Casey, arrested on January 2Sth at Pio Pio, for breaking a window valued at 30s in Green and Colebrook's store, was brought before Messrs J. Tammadge and Moatyn Jones, J'a. P., at Te Kuiti the eame day. Accused was convicted and fined 20s, and ordered to pay tho damage. Robbery. Two men named E. James and J. Tubbs, arrested the same day, for robbing a camp at Wairere on January 26th, were remanded for eight days. Drunkenness —John Casey, of win-dow-breaking fame, was again arrested at Te Kuiti yesterday for drunkenness. He was brought before Mr J. Tammadge, J.P., this morning, and fined £5 or in default 14 days. The man elected to go to gaol.
