ABSENT VOTERS' PERMITS. ADDRESS BY SIR JOSEPH WARD [I!Y TKLKORAVtT.—I'IIK-S ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, This Day. In connection with the Duriedin Central election on Wednesday next, it is announced tnat electors of the district who happen to be absent, and have absent voters' permits, can vote at any post office on presentation of the permits between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on election day. Sir Joseph Ward addressed a large meeting at the Garrison Hall last night in the interests of Mr Munro's candidature. At the conclusion of the address he was accorded an almost unanimous vote of thanks.
