WAR SPIRIT IN HOLLAND.
RESENTMENT AGAINST GERMANS. TROOPS SING "TIPPERARY." Amsterdam, Wednesday. Dutch resentment at the German Zeppelins flying over Holland increases. An indication of the growing feeling iB shown in the fact that the Dutch troops are singing "It's a Long Way to Tipperary." German brutality in Belgium and the raiding of defenceless coasts are provoking the Dutch populace to hostility. An extension of the Military Service Bill has been carried, and in its passage the Premier remarked that a crisis might at any moment arise involving Holland in unexpected violence.
