RUSSIANS OCCUPY SERPIC. Received this day, 12.40 a.m. Petrograd, Friday. Eight thousand destitute Armenians have entered the Caucasus. A communique states we made considerable prcgreßS during the last twenty-four hours alone the right bank of the Vistula and occupied Serpic. Nothing important has happened elsewhere.
