retrograd, Tuesday. The Germans on the 10th attacked at several points on the left bank of the Vistula, unsuccessfully. At villages east of Skernvice they reached thei entanglements and tried to dupe us by calling "Don't fire at your own men."

We poured in a murderous Ore; then counter-attacks were driven off with heavy loss. We are the German positions in Galicia.
