THE FORTHCOMING SHOW
Arrangements in connection with the annual show under the auspices of the King Country Central Agricultural and Pastoral Association, are now well in nana. Entries for the Show close on January 20t'tj, and it is to be hoped intending exhibitors will asßist by forwarding their entries at the earliest possible time.; There is always a rush of-work at the finish, and by having the entrieß to hand early the task of the secretary is lightened considerably. A section of the Sho'w which is of immense local interest is the rlome Industries, and the ladies' committee fn charge of the section are working hard to make it a greater success than ever. All arrangements have been msda in respect to having the exhibits of home industries conveyed to arid from the grounds, and exhibitors are requested to pack their entries carefully in order to ensure safe delivery. In View of the fact that the Show is being held earlier this year than has beeen the case in the past, it is to be hoped the closing date for entries will not be overlooked.
