The Daily Exprsss publishes 'General Joffre's army order, dated 17th inst..: "We have proof that tha lieutenant commanding the seventh company of the 112 th Bavarian infantry regimen' communicated to hi 3 man the following nrder, by the general commanding the 58th brigade of the 14th Bavarian corps: 'Henceforth no prisoners will be made; sll prisoners will bs pat to death. Wounded, with is witfaou s : Krrr.g, will be put to death. Pri3on=.ra even iskan in '-arge bodies, vvill ba put to death. N'i living men muat be lsft behind us.' " General Jotfre adds: "This order has been carried out. Interrogation of German prisoners proves that nuinbsrs oi French prisoners have been shot dsad."
