MORE KAISER TALK.

BY GOD'S HELP OR OTHERWISE ENEMY SHALL BE DEFEATED London, Monday. Amsterdam reports that the Kaiser, in addressing the troops at the eastern front, made the following grandiloquent speech:—"Dear comrades, W8 come from your western comrades. We express our Royal thanks for your bravery in victoriously defeating a superior force of Russians with God's help. May He help , you further. Give my Royal greetings to- your comrades in the trenches, but present bullets and the bayonet to the enemy, who, in any event, shall be defeated."
