The Sluis correspondent of the Amterdam newspaper Tyd says the Allies, assisted by the fleet and British artillery, have occupied unopposed Lombaertzyde and Saint Georges, in the region of Ypres and Westonde, on the coast. They have also occupied Bixschoote, Langemnarck, PascheJidael, and Moorslede, between Yprss and Roulers. The British "patrols have"reaehed the village of We«t Roosebeekte, near Paschendael, but the definite occupation of the village depends on the issue of the fighting in the woods to the south-west. The Germans are now concentratng as many men as possible in order to regain the territory lost to the north-east of Ypres. The Allies are steadily advancing towards the Roul9rs-Menin railway. The German lines of communication are seriously endangered owing to th 3 British occupation of Moorslede. Thß Sluis correspondent of the Handelsbad states that the English squadron bombarded the coast at Zeebrugge and Heyst to-day. The Germans did not respond.

He picked off 120 Germans in 48 hours.
