ITALY'S PREPARATIONS.
ARMY AND NAVY GRANTS
Received this'day, 10.20 p.m. Rome, Tuesday,
Cabinet has decreed the expenditure ot an additional eight millions sterling for the navy, making a total of forty mi'lions for the army and navy since Salandru's accession. A charter of a million is also vot*d for strategic railways to the Venetian frontier, and the formation of five new artillery regiments.
