Thß Germans have assembled thoir chief available forces in the neighbourhood of Thorn. Their immediate objectives are lock and Kutno, but inasmuch as they previously wrecked the communication in thiß region, which have not been restored, their movements are likely tu be crippled for Borne time.

A semi-official army message remarks that decisive events are impending between the Vistula and the Warta, wihch may prove a long step towards a successful conclusion of the whole campaign.
