LOSSES AT TSING-TAO.
Wellington, Monday. The High Commissioner reports from London on November 15 th: — The Admiralty announces that the following vessels of the enemy were found sunk by explosion after the surrender of the Tsing-tao fortress: — The Austrian cruiser Kaiserin Eiliznbeth, the German gunboats Jaguar, Luchß, Tiger, and Cormoran, the Getman destroyer Taku, and the minelayer Ruchin.
