INCREASING DIRECTORATE,
EXCELLENT BUTTER PRICES
The special general meeting of the Te Kuiti District Co-operative Dairy Gompanv, for the purpose of confirming reso'lation3 increasing the nura<set of directors and altering: the * Articles of Association, was/held in the Municipal Hall on Tuesday m«ming, Mr J. Boddi*, chairman of directors, presiding. There was only a small attendance of shareholders. The confirming resolutions ware duly passed and nominations were called to fill the extra places on the directorate. Messrs E S. Powell, of Tangitu, and W. Lee, Waitomo, neing the only nqminations Teceived, were declared duly elected.. After the general meeting the usual monthy meeting of directors was held The price fixed to be paid to sappliers for October was elevenoence It was pointed out that the company notwithstanding war conditions bad paid out is Id for August and la for SeDtember. The market was in a fairly good condition, but in view of the uncertainty of conditions generally it was deemed advisable in the interests of shareholders to pay out elevenpence for the month of October. It as also pointed oat that this was probacy the highest price paid by any factory
