DESPERATE BATTLE PROGRESSES.
AUSTRIANS OUTNUMBERED. NEW RUSSIAN ARMY OPERATING. London, Thursday. It ia officially stated in Vienna that the Austrians southward of Ivangorod are engaged in a desperate battle with the Russians, whose numbers sire vastly superior. A report from Berlin states that a new Russian army has crossed the Vistula north of Ivangorod.
