Veal calves came forward in average numbers, and sold well. Heavv weight vealers '£4 4a to £5 ss, medium £3 to £4, lighter £2 23 to. £2 18s, othera 20s to 40s; smaller and fresh-dropped 5s to 18s. Sheep were opened in average numbers, and sold at last week's rates. Wethers in wool sold at from, for best, 28s 3d to 30s 6d, others 233 6d to 27s 6d, shorn wethers fir at quality 22s 9d to 26s 3d, othera 20a to 225,. hoggets in wool 22s 6d shofli do. 17s 9d to 19s 3d. Lambs, well\done, ,16s to 19s 9d, others-lis 9d -. to 15s 6d. Pigs came forward in average numbers, and sold as late rates. Baconers £2 17s to £3 10s, large porkers £2 2a to £2 12s, porkers 28s to 375, slips 18s: to 255, weaners 8s to 16s, bow and young £4 17s6d. | Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd.. report on their Johnsonvills sale as follows: A good yarding of cattle and sheep came forward, and sales were made at the following pirces— :Prime bullocks £l3 to £l3 10s, prime cows £8 JGs, extra heavy ewes 235, prime wethers 22a. 3d, light wethers 20s, light awes j \li 6d to 18s Id, prims lots 15s to 15s 7d, lighter IBs tj 14s.
