GERMAN INHABITANTS ADVISED TO LEAVE. London, Thursday. The Amsterdam Telegraaf has re liable information to the effect that the German commander at Brussels has notified the German inhabitants to leave the town within forty-eight hours. Thia is interpreted to mean that he is unablo to guarantee uninterrupted occupation of the city. A party of German officers dined for three daya at the palace at Brussels, and suddenly left after slashing the paintings and carpels and riddling the furniture with bullets.
