PORTUGAL PREPARING.
90,000 TO BE SENT. Lislion, Wednesday. The newepaptrn Seculo and Republica state that Portugal is Bonding eight thousand artillerymen to France, under General Jaime de Chfitro, and also four thousand marines. The Seculo states that when preparations ore complete, Portugal will send ninety thousand to the front.
