GERMANS IN LORRAINE.
DISSATISFIED WITH PROGRESS. SUPEROIR FRENCH ARTILLERY. The Hague, Friday. A correspondent at Helleven recently . with the Germans in Lorraine, states the Germans ara disastisfied with their progress. They admit the French artillery is proving superior. The French seem to have dragged heavy'guns'outof the fortresses and'are using them in the open field. They outrange the German's by two Silometres. The Germans continually find Frenchmen in trses with pocket telephones who inform Verdun of any change of the position of the Austrian and German guns, ard though they have taken the guns from Forts Patoches and Leonville, they still cover the gap.
