AUSTRIA AND ITALY.
PREPARATIONS ON FRONTIER, Rome, Monday. The Austriang are erecting batteries along the frontier near Cervignano, and are constructing extensive defence works in the Trentino, expecting an Italisn invasion. The First Roumanean Army Corps has been directed to proceed to the Austnan'ifrontier. The mobilisation of 200,000 men is nearly completed.
