The recognition by the Government of the necessity of assisting improved farm settlers in the matter of stocking their sections after these have been brought into graSs is evidently well assured. Widespread satisfaction Was expressed by settlers at the Waimifaa function on Wednesday evening, When Mr Buddie announced that he had received an assurance from the aufaoritties that Bettlers would be further assisted in this direction during the coming season.
