DEPOSE THE KAISER.
GERMAN LEAGUE'S APPEAL. London, Wednesday. The German Humanity League has issued an appeal to the civilised world from Rotterdam, in the course ot which it states that the inevitable end of the war is the deposition of the despot whoße true aims and character are nakedly revealed. "As men passionately devoted to the fatherland, we owe a bounden duty to cali upon every man caring for the welfare of mankinds to join hands in arresting the Kaiser and the men around him responsible for the appalling crimes of the last five weekß. "The lasting interest of the German wage-earner can only be served by the victory of the All ; es. Prussia's domination of Germany must be crushed and swept away for ever."
